5-Week Olympic Lifting Foundations Program (Onboarding Phase)
This 5-week Olympic Lifting Foundations Program (4 weeks of structured training + 1 test week) is designed as a foundational onboarding phase to build proper technique and confidence before progressing into more advanced Olympic weightlifting or FTR programs.
The program emphasizes mastering the core movement mechanics of the snatch, clean & jerk, and supporting squat variations. Through consistent practice and progressive drills, you’ll develop solid technique, better movement patterns, and the confidence needed to train effectively under the bar.
Program Highlights:
- Training Frequency: 4–5 days per week
- Focus: Technique mastery, movement quality, and building a strong Olympic lifting base
- Duration: 5 weeks (4 training weeks + 1 test week)
- Level: Beginner to early Intermediate
- Session Length: 60–75 minutes
- Primary Lifts: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Back Squat, Front Squat, and accessory drills
