Over 12 weeks, athletes move from foundational technique work into high-level strength expression across the snatch, clean & jerk, and key accessory lifts. The early phase emphasizes positioning, training from the core outward with hangs, pauses, and tempo work to refine mechanics and build consistency. As the weeks progress, intensity steadily climbs while volume becomes more intentional, forcing athletes to execute under heavier loads with confidence and control.

This isn’t random training, it’s calculated progression. Every pull, pause, and complex is designed to sharpen bar path, reinforce strong receiving positions, and develop explosive power where it counts.
