Platform Role

Ghost Town Fitness operates this business. WODBumP® and NOREP LLC provide technology services only and are not a gym, coach, or medical provider.

Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update information that changes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the services lawfully, comply with these Terms, and not misuse the site or related services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with site operation or security
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Misuse accounts, services, or communications features

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any portion of the services at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Ghost Town Fitness determines pricing, refunds, and billing policies as described in these Terms and any applicable offering terms.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Participation in fitness, exercise, training, nutrition, and wellness activities involves inherent risks. You should consult appropriate medical professionals before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

Information provided through the services is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Waivers and Assumption of Risk

Certain services may require acceptance of additional waivers, releases, acknowledgements, or assumption-of-risk agreements. Such agreements are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

Community Rules

Community features require respectful conduct. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

Merchant Responsibility

Ghost Town Fitness determines pricing, refunds, cancellations, scheduling, membership rules, and service delivery. WODBumP is not responsible for disputes between you and Ghost Town Fitness.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, text, graphics, videos, software, and other materials made available through the services are owned by Ghost Town Fitness, its licensors, or other rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Town Fitness and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Platform Provider Limitation

WODBumP® and NOREP LLC provide software and technology services only and are not responsible for the operation, coaching services, memberships, programs, scheduling decisions, pricing, refunds, or business practices of Ghost Town Fitness.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe suspension or termination is necessary to protect the services, users, or Ghost Town Fitness, where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted on this website. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
