This Cookie Policy explains how NOREP LLC (“NOREP,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with WODBumP® websites, apps, and related services (the “Service”).
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If there is a conflict about how personal information is processed, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy matters.
1. Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to:
- WODBumP marketing and platform websites (including wodbump.com);
- Merchant public websites and pages hosted or powered by WODBumP;
- checkout, lead, contact, and similar web flows; and
- similar technologies used in WODBumP mobile apps and authenticated product surfaces, where applicable.
Merchants may also publish their own privacy notices. Where a Merchant adds or controls additional tracking beyond the platform defaults, that Merchant is responsible for its own disclosures and compliance.
2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and other identifiers that help websites and apps function, remember preferences, measure usage, or protect security.
Some technologies are set by NOREP (first-party). Others may be set by service providers that help us operate the Service (third-party), such as payment, security, analytics, or hosting providers.
3. How We Use These Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Operate and secure websites, apps, sessions, and accounts;
- Remember preferences and consent choices;
- Protect forms and reduce abuse (including bot-prevention tools);
- Support payments and checkout where you use those features;
- Measure how our marketing pages and product surfaces are used, where permitted; and
- Diagnose performance, reliability, and technical issues.
We do not operate third-party advertising or retargeting pixels on the Service. Analytics used on WODBumP marketing pages is for measurement and product/marketing understanding, not for selling personal information.
4. Categories We Use
Our cookie banner (where shown) generally groups choices as necessary, functional, and marketing. Those map to the categories below.
4.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to work securely and as requested. These generally cannot be disabled through our banner because the Service may not function without them.
- Authentication and session continuity
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse protection
- Load balancing and basic site operation
- Storing your cookie-consent choice
- Bot-prevention and form-protection tools used on contact, demo, lead, and similar forms
4.2 Functional
Help remember choices and improve usability. On some surfaces, functional consent may be needed before certain form-protection or preference features run.
- Interface preferences
- Remembered consent and similar settings
- Features that improve form and checkout reliability
4.3 Analytics and marketing measurement
Help us understand traffic, feature usage, and campaign performance. On WODBumP marketing pages, analytics storage is generally enabled only after you allow marketing cookies through the banner (where the banner is shown).
- Page views and aggregated usage measurement
- Performance and engagement metrics for marketing pages
- Diagnostic and crash-related measurement in apps or web surfaces where enabled
5. Where These Technologies Appear
5.1 WODBumP marketing and platform sites
On wodbump.com and related marketing pages, we may use necessary cookies, local storage for consent preferences, form-protection tools, and analytics measurement subject to your choices.
5.2 Merchant websites and checkout
Merchant public sites and checkout flows may use necessary technologies for operation, security, forms, and payments. Cookie banners may appear on those sites. Merchants remain responsible for their own privacy and cookie disclosures, especially if they add additional tracking or marketing tools.
5.3 Apps and signed-in product surfaces
Mobile apps and authenticated product areas may use local storage, device identifiers, authentication tokens, and diagnostic or analytics technologies needed to operate and improve the Service. Device settings (including App Tracking Transparency on iOS, where applicable) may also affect what is available.
6. Service Providers
We may use service providers that set or read cookies or similar technologies to support:
- Hosting, delivery, and infrastructure;
- Authentication and security;
- Payments and checkout;
- Form protection and bot prevention;
- Analytics and diagnostics; and
- Other functions necessary to operate the Service.
Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. A current list of material service providers can be requested at team@wodbump.com.
7. Your Choices
You can control cookies and similar technologies in several ways:
- Cookie banner: Where shown, choose to allow all cookies or continue with necessary (and, where offered, limited) categories.
- Browser settings: Block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in, checkout, forms, or security features.
- Device settings: Limit ad tracking, reset advertising identifiers, or respond to App Tracking Transparency prompts where applicable.
- Withdrawing consent: Clear site data/local storage for the relevant domain, or contact us to ask how to reset preferences. You may need to revisit the banner after clearing storage.
Privacy rights relating to personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. How Long Technologies Last
Some cookies are session-based and expire when you close your browser. Others persist for a longer period so preferences, security controls, or measurement can continue to work. Consent preferences stored locally typically remain until you clear them or update your choice.
Exact durations vary by technology and provider. We retain related information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and the Privacy Policy.
9. Do Not Track and Similar Signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to those signals. Where required by law, we will honor applicable opt-out or preference signals for sale or sharing of personal information. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date when we do. Material changes may be accompanied by additional notice where appropriate.
