Platform Role
Every Rep Counts operates this business. WODBumP® and NOREP LLC provide technology services only and are not a gym, coach, or medical provider.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update information that changes.

Participation in fitness, exercise, training, nutrition, and wellness activities involves inherent risks. You should consult appropriate medical professionals before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
Information provided through the services is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Merchant Responsibility
Every Rep Counts determines pricing, refunds, cancellations, scheduling, membership rules, and service delivery. WODBumP is not responsible for disputes between you and Every Rep Counts.
SMS Communications
Every Rep Counts may send marketing SMS messages to contacts who have opted in. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Platform Provider Limitation
WODBumP® and NOREP LLC provide software and technology services only and are not responsible for the operation, coaching services, memberships, programs, scheduling decisions, pricing, refunds, or business practices of Every Rep Counts.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe suspension or termination is necessary to protect the services, users, or Every Rep Counts, where permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of WY, United States.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted on this website. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
